1. General questions

What is the status of my order?  You will receive an email with tracking when your order has shipped.  You can contact us via email for updates on custom items which take longer to ship.
Can I change my order?  Once your item ships we cannot change your order.  Custom tumblers will be started right away so please email me regarding any changes within 3 days of the initial order being place.

How long does it take to ship my order?  Your order will ship within 3-4 business days unless it is a custom order which is specified in the listing. 

 

2. Payment

What payment methods do you accept?  We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, & Venmo payment options.  

  

3. Shipping

Where do you ship?  We ship within the United States including Guam, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO & DPO addresses.

How long does it take to ship my order?  We ship within three business days unless you are ordering a custom tumbler.  Tumblers & koozies take approximately 2-3 weeks to complete and then 72 hours to cure prior to shipping.

Do you offer expedited shipping?  Yes, please message me for rates
Do you offer local pick up for Central Florida?  Yes, please message me if you would like to pick your item up.  I am located in East Orlando near UCF.  Please select the "local pick up" shipping option.

How can I track my package?  Once your item ships you will receive an email with the tracking information.  
What if I'm not home?  You do not need to be home to receive your items.  Your mail carrier will either leave them in your mailbox or at your door.
